Delete Your Account
Effective August 14, 2026
You can delete your sportsrooms account and its data at any time. There are two ways, depending on whether you still have the app.
In the app (instant)
Open sportsrooms and go to Profile → Delete account. You'll confirm twice, and deletion happens immediately.
Without the app
Email support@sportsrooms.app from the email address on your sportsrooms account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request by replying to that address, then delete the account within 7 days and confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
Both paths delete the same things: your login, profile (name, photo, bio, gender, birth year, home area, sports), chat messages, push token, and any verification media. Upcoming games you host are cancelled and your spot in joined games is freed. Your name is removed from past game rosters ("Deleted player").
What we keep
Moderation reports are kept for safety, without your profile data attached. Nothing else is retained.
